Always give it your best!

Hi everyone!

This morning I was thinking about the Leafs game tonight and how if they play well, I will be happy with the outcome either way. I remember feeling disappointed with the effort shown by the Leafs in the first 2 games of this series because I didn't feel they were trying. It was almost as if the team had given up before they even started. (I should mention that I can't skate to save my life lol) Anyway, I then thought about how this applies to my everyday life as well. The thing is, not everything we try for will come to fruition, but how will we know if we don't try? I truly believe everything happens for a reason, so if it is not meant to be so be it. To me it means there is something different on our horizon. You know the old saying, one door closes and another opens. So if we give every endeavor our best effort then we won't have cause to second guess ourselves. We can be proud of the effort we put forth and move on to what is beyond the new open door.
