April showers (or flurries)

Hi everyone!

You know the old adage, April showers bring May flowers. Well I think it was meant to make dealing with all the rain, or flurries depending on Mother Nature's mood, a little easier. But what if we looked at the April weather differently. What if we looked at it as washing the old away, making way for the new. What if we remembered that all this moisture really is making all the new and wonderful growth possible. What if we looked at it as an awakening within ourselves, helping us wash away the sluggish winter months and making way for the bright and warm sunshine of summer.

Just thinking about it makes me smile.
