A bit about me

Hi everyone!

With the new year underway, I wanted to touch base and re-introduce myself :)

My journey has been life long, just like yours is. I've always been empathic, but didn't always know what that was. I also thought I was the only one. Not because I felt the world revolved around me, quite the opposite. I never felt like I belonged anywhere. Not with my family, not at school, not with the neighbourhood kids. So, I mostly kept to myself, buried my head in books, did my homework, helped out around the house. I tried to be good, I tried to stay out of the way, I kept myself small. I don't regret any of this, I know it was my ego trying to keep me safe, and for that I am grateful. I say tried because I've always been a little mouthy, sometimes it just slips out lol.

But as time moved on, it became apparent to me that there was more to life than the routine I had fallen into, and that it was time for more. In other words, I finally started listening to my Spirit Guides, and my higher self. Do I wish it had happened sooner. No, I believe in the timing of my journey. I am exactly where I am meant to be. And so are you! I am writing this in hopes that it will inspire you to be happy exactly where you are on your journey, and know that it is safe for you to listen to your Guides and your higher self!

I have been studying and practicing my healing modalities for many years with wonderful teachers, and I am here to help you on your healing journey.
